Dramatic new spaces for WA Government

Delivering a spectacular fit-out and refurbishment

Broad completed a refurbishment and fit-out project for the WA State Government to transform existing office space within an office building located in East Perth.

The works comprised the conversion of parts of existing space on Levels 1 and 2 within the building, from individual cellular office space to a more modern and appealing open plan office layout.

Throughout the contract duration, the floors were occupied and the Broad project team drew on its extensive experience to successfully manage the works, while ensuring minimal inconvenience and disturbance to the occupants.

Works commenced with the demolition of the cellular offices and the project team worked to an intensive 18-week program with all staged completion and handover dates met.

Stage 1 of the works (Level 1) was successfully handed over to the client in early September, with final Practical Completion for the remainder of works (Level 2) awarded in early November 2016.
