Broad are proud to announce the successful completion of the Sedgman Office Fit-out at Kings Square 1, located in Perth’s CBD.
The completed project showcases the capabilities of Broad to deliver high quality projects and exceed the expectations of our clients. The project provides an open plan office with executive area and quiet rooms. The scope of works included alteration to the base build services, installation of architectural lighting, construction of a new central core area of meeting rooms, quiet rooms and utility rooms. Installation of cabinets and feature joinery to both the staff hub area and office area and also the provision of workstations and loose furniture.Following on from our successful completion of the Thiess office fit-out in 2016 it was our pleasure to deliver another project for the CIMIC Group.
