Working in partnership for maximised results
After being awarded the design and construction of two buildings, known as 3 Nexus and 8 Nexus, for Salta Properties at Nexus Corporate Park, we were excited to get started on the project.
Announced as the preferred contractor in late 2013, we worked closely with Salta Properties to successfully re-engineer the floor plate layout, structural design and facade elements on both buildings to achieve additional net lettable areas and car parking.
Having this early contractor involvement with our client provided significant cost savings for the project, ensuring maximum value was achieved.
The 3 Nexus building opened in February 2015 and now includes Renault’s training facility, a two-level restaurant, eight-level car park and a rooftop level of commercial office space. Soon after, 8 Nexus was completed, including four-levels of office facilities and a double basement car park.
