A Certified Practising Accountant, Tim leads the finance and accounts team covering Broad’s national portfolio and brings to Broad over 25 years of experience in the field of finance and administration.
In the role of Chief Financial Officer Tim oversees accounting, finance, tax and risk management for Broad and ensures compliance with external stakeholders.
Operations Manager – QLD
Cameron has over 20 years’ experience within the commercial, residential, oil and gas sectors and brings to this role a commitment to best practice dedicated to meeting client expectations and satisfying company, project objectives.
Pieter has a proven ability to deliver challenging construction projects and has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional, rather than expected results.
Pieter has a number of key skills and abilities including managing operations and day-to-day running of a construction business, monitoring subcontract processes and liaising with client’s and professional teams.
Edward joined the Broad team in 2013 with a vast array of international experience working in Ireland, United Kingdom, Libya and now Australia.
Working previously as an estimator, Edward has steadily progressed in his career to become Pre-Contracts Manager. Edward is accountable for securing projects within the building, civil and mining sectors securing and enhancing Broad’s success and continued growth.
Business Development Manager
Jarrod joined Broad in February 2004 as a marketing consultant. He soon moved into the role of business development manager and in 2014 acquired the national role.
Jarrod’s responsibilities involve identifying suitable opportunities that best suit Broad’s capabilities and experience, liaising with clients, architects and consultants to ensure the sustainable growth of our business.
National SHEQ Manager
Brian joined Broad in 2012, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in delivering national safety, health, environment and quality management programs and strategies.
In the role of National SHEQ Manager, Brian leads a dedicated team of SHEQ professionals who work collaboratively with the Broad team to drive effective SHEQ governance, engagement and management across our organisation and projects.
Human Resources Manager
Jessica leads Broad’s Human Resources function, providing end to end HR and IR support nationally to Broad.
Jessinca is driven by relationship building, growing people’s capabilities and proving careers for our people, having been in the CIMIC group for almost 9 years.
With experience across construction, mining and building including significant onsite operational experience she provides a hands on a personable approach to the HR function.
